    In this photo is a wooden structure attached to the tower, a vestibule with doors that function as the outside exterior entrance to the tower and surrounds the tower entrance door to reduce outside air infiltration and thus to protect the tower inside environment from intrusion of cold air particularly in storms in winter months.
